Gamification | Play Hard Work Easy

We use games to change work processes - in the Anglo-American world this is called Gamification. The difficulty with these games, which are directly integrated into the everyday practice: limits. How can the balance between freedom and limits to find that makes a good game?

How training and organizational development in this mix approach, our solution shows the sales team for a European automobile manufacturer. The challenge for us was that although in the past successful training sessions were held, but this had no effect in the operational reality. Together with the HR department, we developed a playful solution. The play ran for six months, self-directed, in addition to the actual work process - until the results and changes could be incorporated into the regular organization.
